Microsoft Builds Bridges with New Open Source Unit

Microsoft Open Technologies, Inc. opens its doors with the hopes of promoting Open Source, building bridges with the Open Source Community and putting the past behind them.

Microsoft has another spin off company, Microsoft Open Technologies, Inc a wholly owned subsidiary of Microsoft. With Jean Paoli, a veteran open source developer, at the helm, this bold move gives the new company a some serious open source cred with the community and will more then likely offer Jean Paoli the flexibility he needs to help shape Microsoft future open source policy.
